I love wedges... For some reason though I never seem to find the perfect pair. Either they’re too high (very uncomfortable for my weak back) or they look too boring.
I have been playing with this idea in my head to do a shoe make over for a while. I finally found a pair of plain espadrilles which were perfect for the project.
As I wanted to give them a girlie Brigitte Bardot look I choose to go for pink. With a selection of ribbons (including gingham) and glue I got started on my Oh la la wedges...
The finishing touch was a bow on the back strap.
Et voila....!
